Blue Bird provides a wide range of fittings and accessories tailored to meet the requirements of various applications, including industrial, irrigation, and water supply. Available in a variety of sizes and pressure ratings to match different pipe sizes and types, our selection includes micro fittings, barbed fittings, threaded fittings, and more—all compliant with international standards.
Drip Barbed Fittings
Our Drip barbed type fittings are specifically engineered to accommodate LDPE pipe products manufactured in accordance with international standards. We offer GTO with Rubber, Joiners, End Caps, Equal and Reducing Tee, Male Thread Straight and Elbow Adaptors, Safety Rings, Line valves and others. Available in sizes of 12/13mm, 16mm, 20mm, and 22mm. These fittings are manufactured from high-quality polypropylene injection materials to ensure durability and reliability.
Tape Fittings
To match the Tape products, barbed lock-type tape fittings are particularly provided in compliance with international standards. They come in two sizes: 17 mm and 22 mm OD. Quality polypropylene injection materials are offered to them.
Saddle Clamps
Plastic saddle Clamps serve as a reliable solution for secondary line derivation from PE and uPVC main lines in irrigation, high-pressure water, and chemical solution conveyance systems. Suitable for use in both potable and agricultural water supply systems, they are engineered to withstand UV exposure and resist chemicals. We offer saddle Clamps in sizes ranging from 20mm to 200mm, with threaded components ranging from 1/2″ to 4″ and pressure ratings of 6, 10, and 16 bar at 20°C. Our Clamp Saddles feature polypropylene co-polymer saddles with polyacetal split rings, reinforced by aluminum or stainless-steel rings and Galvanized Nut Bolts.
Air Release Valves
The air release valve removes air from pipes and equipment during startup, automatically closing once the system is filled with water. This prevents clogging and water hammer, ensuring efficient and prolonged system performance. Available Sizes ½”, 1”, 2” in Plastic.
Pressure Relief Valves
