Additionally, these filters exhibit exceptional durability against fertilizers and acids, courtesy of their corrosion-resistant materials. Experience year-round efficiency with our Disc Filters. Precision-crafted, they utilize stacked plastic rings to form a robust cylindrical filter element. As water passes through, the compressed rings effectively filter out impurities, ensuring optimal performance and preventing system clogs. With Max working pressure 8 BAR Filtering out 130 Micron filtration requirement for Drip irrigation.
Hydrocyclone Filter
Our cyclone sand separators offer exceptional protection for irrigation systems dealing with high sand loads. They are incredibly efficient and operate seamlessly without any moving parts, ensuring superior protection. Designed to withstand the abrasive action of dirty water, the inner body of these separators can endure the impact of sand. Crafted from high-quality materials, our Hydrocyclone filters ensure durability and reliability. With a maximum working pressure of 8-10 bar, they are available in four models with outlet sizes of 2″, 2 1/2″, 3″ and 4”.
Sandmedia Filter
Drawing water from open or contaminated sources poses unacceptable risks. Our sand media filters not only protect your irrigation investment but also ensure consistent flow, even with harsh water, resulting in higher and more uniform crop yields. Expertly designed for maximum protection and minimal maintenance, our filters are crafted from non-corrosive MS sheets, epoxy painted for enhanced durability. They undergo sand blasting and phosphating processes for surface cleaning, ensuring high resistance to UV and rust. Available with backflushing systems, diffusers mounted on the underdrain enhance filtration efficiency and block inorganic materials. Our filters use silica sand selected for water quality, providing steady filtration. Standard production offers 2”- 3” – 4” inlet & outlet options and tank diameters of 18” – 24” – 36” – 48”. The number of tanks can be tailored to match the water source’s flow rate, ensuring suitable filter production for every need.
